Japanese patent 2023-125903 was filed February 28, 2020, but what catches our attention is the focal lengths. Some very interesting zooms. None of them are wide enough for landscapes, especially if they are APS-C. The widest lens starts at 30mm.

As with any lens embodiment found in a patent filing, it doesn't mean that a lens will come to market. A variation might arrive of just a single lens if any, and it might take years before we see anything. This patent after all, was filed in February, 2020 and we've yet to see anything come out of it. Patents are designed to protect a company's research and development.
